Oxney Quarter Phase 1

We were appointed by Dorchester Living to deliver the full decorating package across 107 homes at Oxney Quarter Phase 1 in Bordon, a stunning phased residential development requiring a reliable, well-organised team capable of maintaining high standards across a large multi-plot programme.

Two show homes were required, allowing prospective buyers and plot holders to view the site ahead of general completion. Working to the interior design team's specifications, we brought each room to life with bright, considered finishes that showcased the natural light, spacious rooms and overall quality of the build. Feature walls and carefully selected wallpapers were used throughout, with the cleanest possible finish to present each property at its very best.

All 107 plots were decorated to a consistent high standard in line with the client's specification. Internal walls were finished with Crown Covermatt emulsion, with oil-based satinwood applied to all woodwork including skirtings, architraves, doors and frames. Sleek, clean lines were maintained across every home, ensuring each property was handed over ready for occupation and to the quality expected on a Dorchester Living development.

As Phase 1 of a wider site, we worked to strict deadlines to ensure the properties were delivered on time to the client's full satisfaction.
